What do you need based in NOW?

So much energy is being wasted in trying to prevent and avoid what ‘is’.

‘I don’t want that to happen’ ‘I don’t want it to be this way’ but it already is….

‘I can’t address that, I don’t want to be hurt’ but you are hurting….

It’s creating so much struggle, conflict and distress.

The only way is to surrender, stop fighting what ‘is’….. this brings immediate relief. When you stop fighting and resisting and see the truth of the situation, dynamic, relationship…
